Robert Zalcman

Zalcman Robert - Avocat

Robert Zalcman is an associate in our firm. He specializes in corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions. He has advised companies in diverse industries such as manufacturing, services, real estate, natural resources and construction.

Robert also practices in the area of civil litigation, and has been involved in a variety of proceedings, including contractual disputes and debt collections.

Robert obtained his Civil Law degree and his Common Law degree from McGill University (2010). During law school, Robert was an editor of the McGill Journal of Law and Health and completed a legal clinic placement at the Concordia University Legal Information Services.

Robert also holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from McGill University, with Distinction, and worked as a software engineer for an online advertising firm in New York City.

Robert was called to the Québec Bar in 2011, to the Ontario Bar in 2012, and to the New York Bar in 2013.
